Stanford Carr's Kahoma Village project has identified September 30th as first date when "market rate" homes will be available for purchase on a first come first served basis. The developer is hoping to start delivering homes for occupancy in late summer of 2018.
The workforce housing development release for sale date has not been announced yet.

Kahoma Village is composed of 101 three and four bedroom single family homes ranging in size from 1100+ sq ft to over 2200+ sq ft with a starting price in the $600,000's. Some homes will be offered through the workforce housing development program. The subdivision also has 102 two and three bedroom townhouses which will all be offered through the workforce housing development program.
